Sooo I got an email from UMD (@ College Park) saying I've been accepted for the fall semester and I'll get my official acceptance letter in the mail within the next few days. Ecstatic! But it's a mellow happiness because it won't quite feel real until I have the letter in my hands, y'know? Plus, I really want that letter because it'll let me know if I've made any institutional scholarships or been invited to any of the honors programs or anything.

Here's to crossing my fingers! And a bit of impatient waiting.

Danny's on his way to my house from work (they had him filling in for a shift at another Starbucks tonight) and we're gonna go to his house and soak in the hot tub (if we can pry open the iced-shut lid). Hm. I wonder if any special celebrations'll be in order?

I think my poor roses are wilting already... I'll give them some TLC. Eh. I guess that's it.
