I hate being fucking homeschooled. Hatehatehate. I hate James Madison, I hate teaching myself, I hate their freaking unclear lesson plans (or lack thereof).

I'd be okay if I had something like Calvert, my brother's school. They have a clearcut, idiot-proof, day-by-day lesson plan. They actually teach you despite not being there to teach you. Zaaah. Not James Madison. On the one hand, it can actually be faster since you don't actually have to learn it. Just go through the chapters assigned to each test and read the selections/learn the math/whatever pertaining to each test question. But on the other (heavily weighted) hand, that's not good for you since you're not actually learning the way you would in a school environment (or with Cris' courses). Plus, for people like me (procrastinators who aren't highly motivated when it comes to doing a decent amount of work each day given seemingly unlimited time to complete the coursework), it's the devil. I'm trying to get back on track, but I've got five classes to approximately four and a half months left to do. And then there's the crappy instructions and support. Honestly.

I got one of my final Lit essays sent back to me as 'incomplete'. I'd love to rant more, but Smallville's about to come on, so... suffice to say, their instructions weren't clear and I followed the instructions they gave as I understood them, it's their own damn faults they didn't clarify. -sigh-
