So I stayed up until five this morning making images for the knockturn_elite graphic contest. I made two icons and entered the one I thought was better, so I'll show you the reject:


I can't show the other since it's entered in the contest. And I only made one F/O banner and entered it, so I don't have a reject of that to show you.

I remember what it was I wanted to say last night before I got hooked on phonics shoebox_project. Mom printed out my NaNo stuff for me yesterday and brought it home in a manilla envelope. It feels incredibly good to be able to hold 125 pages of my own original writing in my hands. Wow. But they're just the editing copies. Once I edit the short stories, I'm entering one in the Writers of the Future contest. Once I edit what I have of the novel manuscript, I'm going to paraphrase what would have been the ending, get at least fairly detailed, and then start rewriting in first person.

I still need to enter the quibbler_elite drabble contest. =D I think I'll write something for that now. And I should probably enter the trivia contest as well since I can... more points for Ravenclaw, and all. Keep us in the lead. =P

I may start working on graphics for a Diagon shop, but I've told myself I won't apply until I place (or at least very close) in a Knockturn non shopowners graphic contest. Because if I can't even place, obviously I'm not that good.
