hungry, but better

I'm feeling a lot better today. I'm not going to make this entry long since I need to go eat something. I didn't eat dinner last night. But yeah... thanks, you guys, for all the supportive comments =) They really helped.

Hopefully I'll have a longer update or two later on today, but first -- to eat and do schoolwork.

I've decided that Nickelodeon hates me. This has been six times that the season finale of Avatar has aired and I've missed it, and two times it should have aired but the TV schedule was wrong. I mean, it's a silly little kid show, but I like it, I like it a lot. And I keep missing it! It pisses me off XD Today it came on at four, and I realized at five that I missed it, but since I have Nick West I knew I could see it at seven. But then we wanted to go eat, so we set the DVD recorder to record it... and it didn't work. We found out that it's because there's this retarded rule that after you set up the time for it to record and all and then press okay, you have to press this little button on the remote that says 'Timer Rec'. It's flipping retarded. To be redundant.

So I've got Criminal Intent on in the background, and it's got the guy from Saw in it. Umm... Zep was his name, I believe. The intern from the hospital. It's slightly weird. There's another CI on another channel, but it doesn't have Vincent D'Onofrio in it -angryface- I hate that some of the new season episodes don't have Vincent D'Onofrio or the woman (Eimes it the character name I think?) in it, they have Chris Noth and some other woman instead.

No way! XD They're putting House on USA. USA and TNT always try to yank all the best TV shows off the local stations once they've played a season or two. Makes me wonder how many shows are actually theirs. Like... TNT plays Charmed, Angel, Alias, all those shows, and they originally aired on TV. I think only The Closer and Wanted and maybe a few other shows are actually made by TNT. Scifi has more original shows, I believe, but I'm not certain. Stargate and such.

Wandering off the point. I love House. =D He's so great. I put in Flight of the Phoenix to see Hugh Laurie, but the movie's pretty boring, so I ended up turning it off. Seeing it once was enough for me. I remember seeing him on an episode of Friends (a rerun, obviously), on a plane with Rachel. It was awesome XD

Okay, okay. I need to do Hogwarts Elite stuff. I may be able to whip up a last minute entry to the fiction contest. I don't know if I'll make an icon or f/o banner for the graphic challenge yet since I'm on the laptop and the mouse is freaking annoying. So probably not. But writing things and trivia I can do.

edit: Bad news from Ash. Her grandma's in the hospital, and there's no chance outside a miracle that she's going to live much longer. I know most of you don't know her, but Aze does, and I'm sure you guys can understand what she's going through. It's horrible for something like this to happen at all, much less during the holidays. =(
